With Stradella since 2018, Mark is a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Agent with extensive experience in all aspects of real estate development and property management. From identifying new opportunities and overseeing acquisitions to the successful completion of builds, Mark takes a hands-on approach throughout the entire process. Focused on delivering high-quality results, he manages every phase of each project—ranging from construction to tenant relations, sourcing new tenants, and overseeing ongoing property maintenance and improvements. Mark’s comprehensive expertise ensures that every project is executed efficiently and effectively, consistently maintaining high standards for both properties and residents.

Mark and his wife Katia are passionate animal welfare advocates. Their goal is to partner with like-minded individuals with the aim to end kill shelters and open a network of animal sanctuaries in areas that are overwhelmed by the need for rescue and care.
