Prior to forming Stradella, Mr. Schwanitz was based in West Los Angeles at Genton Barth Real Estate Group where he was focused on the entitlement and development of $500,000,000 of some of the most highly noteworthy condominium and creative office communities in Los Angeles. Previously, Mr. Schwanitz was based in Santa Monica, California as a financial analyst at Watt Commercial. Mr. Schwanitz has a M.S. in Mathematics and Economics from U.C.L.A.
